- This feature is available for videos edited or reframed in Clip Studio and for clip collections located in Home Section. See Premiere Export - For Multiple Assets (Compilations, Stringouts, Roughcuts)
- It allows you to export your clips as a project file — along with subtitles and timing data — into Adobe Premiere Pro and Da Vinci Resolve via XML for high-resolution, professional editing based on your master files sitting locally.
- We don’t support Avid Media Composer yet, but it’s in our roadmap for this year.
What is Adobe Premiere Export?
This feature lets you export clips created in Clip Studio to Adobe Premiere / Da Vinci Resolve for final editing. It includes:
- XML file (for timing, cuts, and reframing)
- SRT file (for subtitles)
- Instructions for relinking the original high-res video file
It’s ideal for transferring rough cuts or social formats into a professional post-production workflow.
When should I use Adobe Premiere Export?
Use this when you’ve:
- Reframed your clips (e.g., 1:1 or 9:16)
- Used scene detection to define cuts
